They also offer a whole range of overnight options for inspiring accommodation such as camping pods and bell tents. If you don’t want to share, options are available for your group’s sole use.

Free planning visits and places

Take advantage of generous free-place ratios for group leaders plus free preview visits for group bookings.

Whether you’ve stayed with YHA before or making your first booking, they encourage group leaders to organise a preview visit to your chosen hostel.

This is perfect opportunity to talk to YHA staff, get help with completing paperwork and get a first-hand experience of any activities available. If you have a long way to travel or want to explore the surrounding area, they also offer free overnight accommodation at your chosen hostel.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can book your planning visit and for every ten people a Leader goes free.
