Heya,
My name is Alex Partington and I run MK Guitar Tuition.

I’ve been teaching for over 6 years with results either being a Merit or Distinction in both electric / classical guitar or music theory. Finger-style guitar is also available.

Beginners to intermediates are welcome. Lessons are tailored to suit your current ability and aims within the 3, 6, 12, or 18 month time frame.

Online teaching is also available. With high quality audio and visuals with a multi-cam set up, there’s simply no excuse! Give it a try.

There’s also an online video course called ‘Learning to Strum’ available to buy. Once you’ve completed this course you’ll understand the basics of strumming the guitar and understanding how to read chord charts whilst receiving some expert tips.

This course will give you the confidence you need to approach your first guitar lesson with some knowledge. It also comes with a free intro lesson and you can download a reliable chord chart for free.

Want to understand the power of music without learning an instrument? You can learn music theory with a structured syllabus provided by ABRSM. Grades 1-5 are available and achievable if you’re starting from scratch.

Course fees can be paid for monthly or every 3 months.
