We were delighted to receive the Investors in People Award at the Silver level, with the results demonstrating a high level of staff engagement within the charity, and staff feeling that their voices are listened to and stating that they feel valued by the DofE. The result means people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone across the charity is feeling the effects.
