eDofE module 1 (Starting out with eDofE) – 01/05/24, 18:00-19:00
This course is aimed at (relatively) new adult leaders using eDofE to help them navigate the basic functions of eDofE, including how to approve programme planners, how to view and approve evidence, how to approve and query sections and an overview of what participants see.

eDofE module 2 (Moving on with eDofE) – 08/05/24, 18:00-19:00
This course is aimed at leaders who want to manage award approvals and participant lists, as well as functions that allow coordinators to manage leader accounts at their centre. We will also cover: using the assessor portal • Running reports • Archiving participants • Direct approvals • Linking training accounts

eDofE module 3 (Maps & Expeditions on eDofE) – 15/05/24, 18:00-19:00
This session is aimed at leaders and coordinators who are involved in supporting participants with mapping and with the administration of the expedition section. We will cover • An introduction to eDofE Mapping including exporting and importing GPX Map files • Expedition set up • What should be included in an Assessor report for the expedition section.

eDofE module 4 (eDofE Administration) – 22/05/24, 18:00-19:00
This course is for at new DofE coordinators or DofE managers who will be responsible for running the award in their centre. We will cover: • Manage infrastructure • Creating a new group • Creating new participants and adults • Adult permissions • How to move participants and adults in your centre • Award approvals including queried awards and Gold award verification

eDofE module 5 (Assessor Accreditation) – 29/05/24, 18:00-19:00
This session will focus on the process of registering as an Expedition Assessor on eDofE, from both the Assessor and the DofE Manager/Administrators views. We will cover • Route to accreditation • Online process of registering as an Assessor and affiliating with a Licensed Organisation • Online process of approving and affiliating an Assessor from the LO side.
