Julie is responsible for supporting the delivery of the DofE programme, monitoring and enhancing the quality of delivery, supporting Licensed Organisations and training delivery. Julie is responsible for developing and growing the operation of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award/Joint Award Initiative programme throughout Northern Ireland, with specific responsibility for the following LOs: Education Authority, Feile an Phobail, Glastry Presbyterian Church, Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Strangford College, Ulster GAA, Wallace High School.

Karen is responsible for supporting the delivery of the DofE programme, monitoring and enhancing the quality of delivery, supporting Licensed Organisations and training delivery. Karen is responsible for developing and growing the operation of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award/Joint Award Initiative programme throughout Northern Ireland. Karen has been involved with DofE as a volunteer for over 20 years and is an Expedition Supervisor and Accredited Assessor. Karen has responsibility for the following LOs: Active Communities, Army Cadet Force NI, Campbell College, Northern Ireland Scout Council, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, Queen’s UOTC, The Royal School Armagh, South Eastern Regional College.
Mark Beattie

Mark is responsible for supporting the delivery of the DofE programme, monitoring and enhancing the quality of delivery, supporting Licensed Organisations and training delivery. Mark is responsible for developing and growing the operation of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award/Joint Award Initiative programme throughout Northern Ireland, with specific responsibility for the following LOs: Boys’ Brigade NI, Girls’ Brigade NI, Cancer Fund for Children, Extern, Probation Board for Northern Ireland, Scout Foundation, St John Ambulance, Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster.

Jim is responsible for supporting the delivery of the DofE programme, monitoring and enhancing the quality of delivery, supporting Licensed Organisations and training delivery. Jim is responsible for developing and growing the operation of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award/Joint Award Initiative programme throughout Northern Ireland, with specific responsibility for the following LOs: Stand To, Monkstown Boxing Club, Cedar Foundation, Arc Health Living.
James McClements

James is responsible for managing the Office and the Business Support Assistant, Northern Ireland Gold Award Presentations and events, support for Kate, finance, along with all administrative processes in the Office. James is a Bronze, Silver and Gold Award holder and has been involved with DofE for over 20 years, he is an Expedition Supervisor, Accredited Assessor and Award Verifier.
