Our really popular and affordable Level 1 cookery course is suitable for the DofE Skills section for Bronze, Silver and if continued with Level 2 course can count as the Gold Skills section as well. The course is all online with pre recorded sessions, so you can start/watch anytime. The modules should be spaced over 13 weeks, and you should allow 2 hours per week. Once you’ve signed up, log in to your account, watch the video, download the recipe sheet, buy the ingredients and get cooking! Upon completion of each module, don’t forget to take a photo before you eat the evidence! At the end of the course we ask you to send us a photo file and we will issue a Certificate and write your assessor report submitting this to the eDofE platform. The course is fun, it’s filmed at our beautiful ski chalet in the French Alps where we also run Gold Residential Cookery Courses.
