All our recipes are available for vegetarians and pescatarians, and for participants with allergies, intolerances and other special dietary requirements. We are also happy to offer an alternative recipe for any big dislikes!

We offer maximum flexibility. Start whenever you want, work from home at a time convenient to you following a comprehensive worksheet and a video plus a designated tutor to support you along the way. After completing each recipe send your tutor a couple of pics using our App, or via WhatsApp or Email. Your tutor will send feedback after each recipe and at the end of the course will submit the required online assessor’s report, securing your Skills Section.
