Our residential course offers a fully immersive Field to Fork food, farm and cookery experience. We offer a course that inspires, educates and connects sustainable farming and food systems, health and wellbeing with a focus on nourishing people and regenerating the planet.
Students will leave with skills and knowledge for life. This 5-day residential combines hands on cookery experience with a focus on key transferable skills.
Outdoor adventure activities will include archery, axe throwing, farm tour and geotagging.
