We are offering the chance to take part in this amazing expedition opportunity to cross Scotland – coast to coast, as part of your DofE Gold expedition. We will start the trip camping on the banks of Loch Linnhe looking out over the water & hopefully spotting a friendly seal.
We don’t expect you to have any experience in a canoe at all, the team will have well qualified and experienced coach, who will be with you as you first learn to canoe, gain a bit of confidence and will then be in background supporting you every step of the way as you complete your expedition.
We then complete out practice on Loch Shiel, made famous in the Harry Potter movies. Magnificent mountain scenery, lovely lochside beaches to camp on amazing place to have been.
After a day back at base camp, a lovely campsite with great facilities, where you can eat out, plan as a team and visit the shops. We are off – following the Caledonian Canal cutting its way through the landscape, Do you think we might see the formidable Loch Ness.?
