The Organic Cookery School’s Brilliant Baking DofE Skills course is taught online over 3 or 6 months and offers the opportunity to master over 30 sweet and savoury recipes and a wide range of baking and pastry skills. We’ve included tried and tested Organic Cookery School favourites as well as recipes and tutorials from a number of guest experts (including Miranda Gore Browne, GBBO finalist).

Courses start on the 1st of every month, with regular cooking assignments (of 2-3 hours) which you complete in your own time. You will be paired up with an experienced Organic Cookery Tutor/Assessor who will offer fortnightly support and complete your end of course Assessor Report.
