The Organic Cookery School – Home Study Street Food Course
The Organic Cookery School’s Street Food DofE Skills course is taught online over 3 or 6 months and includes recipes from Thailand, Mexico, Italy, the Middle East, Great Britain, Japan, Morocco and S E Asia.
Courses start on the 1st of each month, and are structured in fortnightly cooking assignments (of 2-3 hours) which you complete in your own time. You will be paired up with an experienced Organic Cookery Tutor/Assessor who will offer fortnightly support and complete your end of course Assessor Report.
The course includes:
Tried and tested recipes which your son/daughter will want to cook again and again
Suitable for Bronze, Silver or Gold Skills Section
Equipment and ingredients list (with substitution suggestions for special diets)
Access to step by step instructions, videos, and bonus recipes/resources
An Organic Cookery School Apron and welcome kit of organic/fairtrade spices posted to your home
