As a Hospital Wayfinder, you will be the first friendly face patients, staff, and visitors encounter when they arrive at the hospital. Using your excellent navigational skills, training, and strong communication abilities, you’ll guide patients to their appointments, helping them feel supported and at ease.
Your role will include providing clear directions, answering patient queries, and escorting visitors, patients and their families to their destinations within the hospital. Above all, you’ll create a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll gain valuable skills and insight into how a large London hospital operates, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
