You’ll also learn how to cook perfect pasta and rice, fuss-free fish, a simple Sunday-lunch traybake, brilliant ways with Bolognese, and the baking basics too. My tried-and-tested recipes are for 4 people.
The topics of safety, food hygiene, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients, energy-efficient cooking and reducing food wastage and one’s carbon-footprint in the kitchen are also covered.
