Help to conserve over 700 rescued animals in a sanctuary in Thailand. From elephants to orangutans, from sun bears to monkeys, and from otters to birds, you will encounter some incredible wildlife in this beautiful sanctuary.

When?
You can volunteer for 1 – 12 weeks throughout the year.

What’s it all about?
Join a team of international volunteers, working together to care for the hundreds of animals in the sanctuary. You will be helping with a number of tasks such as preparing food for the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning enclosures, providing enrichments and monitoring wellbeing. This is an amazing way to experience some of the world’s most beloved animals, and make a genuine difference to their lives.

Accommodation
You will be living on-site in the sanctuary. You will share a room and bathroom with 1 – 7 other people. The accommodation is in the heart of the sanctuary, and you will fall asleep to the sound of the animals calling. WiFi provided.

Food
Three delicious meals are provided each day. Breakfast is DIY toast, fruit and eggs, whereas lunch and dinner are cooked by locals. Food includes noodles, rice, stir fry, curries, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Free Time
You will be volunteering 6 days per week, with one day off to relax or do some exploring. You are just 25 minutes drive from the beach, and a short drive from Thailand’s largest National Park. Volunteers often enjoy visiting night markets, going out for dinner or simply socialising at the accommodation during the evenings.

Project requirements
Volunteers must be 18+ to participate. The summer is very popular, so you are encouraged to book early to guarantee your space.

How much does it cost?

1 week costs £920 and additional weeks cost £200 – up to 12 weeks.
