Generous Pension

Auto enrolment will be 4% with the Dofe Contributing 4% , after successful completion of probation, you may be eligible to increase your contributions to 5% which will increase the Dofe contribution to 10%

Volunteering leave

From 1 June 2022, every member of staff is eligible to take up to 28 hours (pro rata for part time staff) paid volunteering leave per annum.

Annual Leave

DofE will formally close for the period between Christmas and New Year and those days will be given to staff as additional discretionary days. Annual leave allocation would then stay at 25 days per person (pro-rata for part-time staff).

This covers all staff from day 1 and is effective immediately.

Long service recognition

Staff who reach long service milestones will receive a voucher reward, accompanied by a letter from the CEO. Staff who reach 20 years’ service will be invited to attend a Gold Awards Ceremony as a VIP, accompanied by a guest.

Healthcare Cash Plan

DofE will pay for Level 1 healthcare cash plan cover for all staff and colleagues will have an option to pay additional payments to top this up.
