Each week, you’ll complete one hour of guided practice through our bespoke online platform, which records every keystroke and tracks your speed, accuracy, and progress. Your tutor reviews your results and sends you personalised feedback and a clear plan for the week ahead, so you always know exactly what to work on.
To help you get started, you’ll receive a welcome pack through the post, including:
- a colour coded keyboard (to keep)
- an activity workbook
- reward stickers
The course is designed to build strong muscle memory through structured repetition, games, and mini-challenges, introducing all letters, punctuation, numbers, and dictation at a steady, achievable pace.
By the end of 13 weeks you’ll:
- be a confident, accurate touch typist
- earn a certificate and prize
- assessor’s report submitted for you to DofE
- enjoy six extra months of platform access to keep practising
