Take on the Lon Las Cymru, an inspiring 4 day cycling adventure, riding 260 miles from Holyhead to Cardiff through the heart of Wales. From the peaks of Snowdonia to the rolling hills of the Brecon Beacons, you’ll experience some of the country’s most incredible landscapes.

Whether you’re new to cycling or a regular rider, this supported and affordable challenge is open to all abilities. With route leaders, vehicle support, and a friendly team vibe, you’ll build confidence, independence, and lifelong friendships along the way.

We ask participants to raise £2 per mile (£520 total) in support of people living with multiple sclerosis, helping to fund vital services and research across the UK.

This is your chance to explore new places, give back to a vital cause, and complete an unforgettable Gold DofE Residential.
