You will spend seven days on board a 50 foot offshore yacht. This will include training, practice expedition and the assessed expedition. You will learn all aspects of how to sail the yacht, navigate and plan your expedition. There will always be instructors on board, but the candidates will be expected to manage the boat, plan menus and cook meals.

The accommodation is in shared cabins with 4 bunks in each cabin. There are toilets and washing facilities, but no showers.

The yacht will visit ports most nights where shower facilities will be available.

Cost includes all food, mooring fees, fuel and use of waterproofs and lifejackets.
