Physical opportunities:

Getting fit and giving back to your community at the same time with Good Gym*

*You can combine your Good Gym work into 2 activities; volunteering and physical. As long as you spend at least 1 hour per week or 2 hours every fortnight on each. For example; 2 hours every fortnight running to the park where you’re litter picking. Then the litter picking activity itself must also be 2 hours every fortnight, so a clear distinction.
