The weekly course lessons build on skills sets as the course progresses. Level one modules cover a wide range of different foods which include main meals, soup, snacks, cakes, cookies and desserts. Level 2 modules take the expertise level up a notch!
Vegetarian, Vegan and Dairy Free are offered at each level. There is also a dedicated ‘Sweet Treats’ module for those who have a really sweet tooth!
All the lessons come with a printable recipe sheet and a video tutorial to cook along with.
There is a Learning Resources Library with videos covering skills, such as chopping and slicing , pastry making and white sauce. Each module lasts 3 months.
