Arrival: 14:30 on May 25th. (Base camp near Kendal.)
Finish: 16:00 on May 29th. Windermere Train Station.

Price: £324 if booked before 20th March 2025. (Full price £360).

On arrival your Supervisor will go through the pre-expedition checks and will support everyone to make sure that the team is ready to start the expedition the next morning. You will spend the night at the basecamp, and the expedition will begin in the morning.

The price includes Mountain Leader-qualified supervision, and all campsite fees. Stoves, fuel, tents, maps, compasses and first aid kits are provided, and items of personal kit (waterproofs, sleeping bags etc) can be borrowed on request.

All our open expeditions are accessible by public transport, starting and finishing either at – or within taxi distance of – train stations.

The longest day will involve covering approx. 19 kms. If you are unsure about your ability to do this please contact us. We aim to make our expeditions as accessible as possible and appropriate to people’s differing abilities.
