The cost includes bunkhouse accommodation, transport during the residential, food and all the technical kit you will need for activities. You will need to provide your own personal kit (mostly clothing) – a full kit list will be provided upon booking.

You will also need to arrange travel to and from the start & finish location, which for most will be a train station, so travelling via public transport is possible and encouraged.
