Join us at Hawse End, set on the beautiful shores of Derwentwater, for a 4 night, 5 day Paddlesports Adventure Gold Residential. Throughout the week you’ll take part in a varied programme of water based activities, including canoeing, paddleboarding, kayaking and canoe rafting, all led by experienced instructors.

Your residential culminates in an exciting overnight camp and river journey expedition, giving you the chance to put your new skills into practice. Activities take place on Derwentwater and nearby venues within the Lake District World Heritage Site, with plans adapted to weather conditions to ensure safety and maximise enjoyment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work towards Paddle Power and British Canoeing (BCU) certificates.

No previous experience is needed — just enthusiasm, teamwork, and a willingness to get out on the water.

All equipment provided. In course transport including pick up/drop off from Penrith Train Station and full board accommodation included.
