The Organic Cookery School’s Street Food Skills course is taught online over 3 or 6 months and includes recipes from Thailand, Mexico, Italy, the Middle East, Great Britain, Japan, Spain, India, China, Morocco and S E Asia.
Courses start on the 1st of each month and are structured in fortnightly cooking assignments (of 2-3 hours) which you complete in your own time, with support from your Organic Cookery Tutor/Assessor.
The course includes:
- Tried and tested recipes which your son/daughter will want to cook again and again
- Equipment and ingredients list (with substitution suggestions for special diets)
- Access to step by step instructions, videos, and bonus recipes/resources
- One-to-one tutor support via email and WhatsApp
- Assessor report & end of course certificate
Vegetarian options throughout and support in adapting to specific dietary needs.
