On Company or Team programme, you will make all major decisions about your student company, from sourcing start up capital, choosing your job roles, launching a product or service and selling to the public.
You’ll have the opportunity to set up a business current account to manage your finances, and sell to the public at our in-person trade fairs and through our online sales platform Young Enterprise Trading Station.

You’ll find everything you need to guide you through the journey on our online platform, Company Connect, where you’ll manage your company profile as a team.
Where possible, your team will be matched with a Young Enterprise business volunteer, to offer guidance and support. You can also enter local and national competitions for the chance to win cash prizes and a place at our Company of the Year national final.

Our Company or Team Programmes are delivered in schools, colleges and other education settings, and the costs are covered by the provider, so it is free to participants. If you’re interested in this programme, speak to your teacher or educator about running it in your school or college. Young Enterprise also offer fully funded programmes for qualifying schools.
