This 3-6 month online course combines sports nutrition know-how with practical cookery challenges so you can fuel your body, cook with confidence and make food choices that support your active lifestyle.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and recipes to eat well for training, performance, and recovery; cook simple, tasty, nutritious meals and snacks from scratch; plan and prep sports nutritionist approved meals for your active lifestyle.
The Organic Cookery’s School’s Sports Nutrition for DofE Course has been devised in partnership with a Senior Sports and Performance Nutritionist who delivers nutrition programmes to young athletes in school and universities across the UK, as well as football and rugby academies.
The Organic Cookery School is a registered not for profit and has been delivering cookery and nutrition projects online and in the community since 2004.
Bursaries are available for young carers and lower income families.
