From tactical training to night-time hostage rescue missions, our ex-military and emergency services team have designed an action-packed itinerary!

Based in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, this Gold DofE Airsoft Residential is designed and delivered by an experienced ex-military and firefighter team.

Over five days and four nights, you’ll take on a carefully balanced programme of airsoft training, immersive missions and personal development activities—ensuring you meet all the DofE residential requirements.

Every day presents fresh opportunities to challenge yourself and develop new skills, featuring activities such as:

– Airsoft skills and tactical training
– Close-quarter battle training
– Leadership and team problem-solving challenges
– Night-time hostage rescue missions

The highlight for many is our night operation, where teams must plan, communicate and work together to rescue a hostage.

Evenings feature escape and evasion exercises, cooking sessions, rounders on the stunning Brancaster Beach, reflective activities and time to bond with new friends.

By the end of the week, you’ll have built resilience, independence, confidence, teamwork, leadership and communication skills—core outcomes of every DofE residential.

All meals, accommodation, instruction, equipment and transfers are included.
