Following the success of our 2026 pilot, the Golf DofE Residential returns to Dunston Hall for 2027!
Set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, this five-day, four-night residential combines championship golf, friendly competition and personal development while meeting all the requirements of the Gold DofE Residential section.
Throughout the week, participants will enjoy:
– Five rounds of championship golf
– A lesson with the resident golf professional
– A driving range practice session
– Individual and team competitions
– Live leaderboards, challenges and prizes
– A celebratory Gala Dinner and awards ceremony
– Access to the hotel’s swimming pool, gym and leisure facilities
Participants will compete individually and as part of a team, with plenty of opportunities to improve their game, challenge themselves and meet other young golfers.
The experience is designed to develop independence, confidence, resilience, teamwork and communication. Whether attending alone or with friends, participants will join a welcoming group of golfers aged 16–25 who share their enthusiasm for the sport.
All accommodation, meals, golf, coaching and planned activities are included.
No official handicap is required, but participants must have previous golfing experience and be confident playing a full 18-hole round.
