Steve joined the DofE in 2021. He is responsible for outward-facing work to engage young people, supporters and other key audiences.

Sukhjit joined the DofE in 2021 as DofE's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for Finance, HR and IT.

Helen joined the DofE in 2021 as Director of North of England, in 2024 she became the Executive Director of UK Operations.
