Active Response Volunteers play a vital role in supporting both staff and patients where help is needed most. In this rewarding role, you’ll befriend and listen to patients, offering companionship to those who may be feeling lonely. You’ll assist with mealtime support, help deliver medication to the wards, and bring newspapers and other activities to patients, brightening their day.

This is an exciting and meaningful opportunity where you’ll make a real difference to the patients in our care. Not only will you gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting, but you’ll also learn valuable new skills, expand your knowledge of how a hospital functions, and enhance your CV.
