“Mindful Thrive” is our Gold level online wellbeing, mindfulness and resilience programme for the DofE Skills section.
At Gold, the step up is about how you approach your learning. You will explore ideas, question what you are learning, undertake independent research where appropriate and make meaningful connections between topics and your own experiences. The focus is not simply on completing activities, but on engaging with them, reflecting on what they mean to you and considering how you can apply your learning to everyday life.
Spend a minimum of 2 weeks engaging with each unit, giving you time to explore, practice, reflect and develop your understanding. Your journal is your personal record of learning and development, and there is no single right way to demonstrate your learning. You can use written entries, drawings, photographs, creative work, digital journals, videos or voice notes to show your engagement, understanding and developing perspective.
Choose a 6- or 12-month programme and complete your learning independently online, with remote tutor support available throughout. Start when it suits your schedule and work at your own pace within your programme timeframe.
Your assessor’s report will be uploaded directly to eDofE when you successfully complete the programme.
Course location: Online.
Fees: £120 for 6 months or £180 for 12 months.
