Immerse yourself in the heart of Kielder Forest at Chirdon Head Expedition and Residential Centre.

Live, learn, and explore Northumberland’s wild landscape. In partnership with Forestry England, you’ll take part in building and maintaining mountain bike and walking trails, alongside other hands-on conservation and adventure challenges that build teamwork, resilience, and confidence.

Along the way, you’ll form lasting friendships and develop skills that stay with you long after the forest fades.

Your place includes food, accommodation, transport from Cramlington Voluntary Youth Project, all activities and full use of equipment.
