This unique experience combines animal welfare, cultural heritage, and social impact offering you the chance to make a meaningful difference.

As a volunteer, you’ll become an integral part of a historic equestrian club, assisting with daily horse care tasks such as feeding, grooming, and stable maintenance. Beyond the stables, you’ll support therapeutic riding sessions for children with disabilities, helping to enhance their physical and emotional well-being through equine-assisted activities.

Your involvement also extends to preserving local traditions by participating in preparations for the renowned Sinjska Alka, a centuries-old equestrian tournament that holds significant cultural importance in Croatia. No prior experience with horses or therapy is required—just a compassionate spirit, eagerness to learn and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Accommodation and meals are provided, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the local community and explore the rich cultural tapestry of rural Croatia during your free time.

This is more than just a volunteer opportunity; it’s a chance to connect deeply with a community, contribute to meaningful causes and develop valuable skills that will stay with.
