My online Plant-Lovers Course is for flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans. Learn to make delicious, nutritious, one-person meals using everyday ingredients, all with easy add-ins for omnivorous versions. There are healthy no-bake breakfast bars, nourishing Asian broths, comforting noodle and rice one-pots, Middle Eastern roasted vegetables and an Italian no-stir risotto.
Safety, food hygiene, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients, energy-efficient cooking and reducing food wastage and one’s carbon-footprint in the kitchen are all covered too.
You’ll have one-to-one support, advice and encouragement from me via WhatsApp.
