Help make a hospital stay a more positive experience by spending time with patients who may be feeling lonely, isolated, or in need of some company. You’ll provide friendly conversation, support patients to take part in activities that match their interests and abilities, and help create moments of connection and enjoyment during their time on the ward. You’ll work alongside the ward team to identify ways you can support patients, share ideas for activities, and help make their experience in hospital as comfortable and engaging as possible.
