• Maintain a clean and tidy outlet, storeroom, work tops and cupboards

• Recording fridge and freezer temperatures on paperwork provided
• Heating food and checking temperatures, recording these on the correct paperwork
• Selling of merchandise from the outlet
• Handling cash
• Serving customers with hot drinks, food, shop purchases
• To chat and reassure patients and visitors
• Using a card machine (training will be given)
