My STREETFOOD courses are a deliciously interesting way to complete the skills section of your award. Recipes include a collection of sweet and savoury treats from across the globe eg Churros, Pad Thai, Sweet’n’Sour, Paella, Lebanese Flatbread, ChowMein, American Pancakes, Chocolate Puddings plus more.

You have immediate access to your course, cook in your own kitchen when it suits you, weekly feedback and flexibility (alternative recipes can be used if preferred). Suitable for Bronze, Silver & Gold Award – can be combined with any of my 3 or 6 month courses to create a course that works for you eg ALLROUNDER, BAKING, plus PLANTBASED courses.

We sign off your skills at completion of your course. Approved by DofE UK.
