Our DofE Open Expeditions provide a clear, supportive route to completing the expedition section of a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award. Designed for individuals or small groups without a full school expedition, these programmes allow participants to join an existing expedition and continue progressing with confidence.

Each Open Expedition includes structured training, clear preparation guidance and a professionally delivered assessed expedition under remote supervision. Participants are supported throughout by experienced instructors who ensure everything runs safely, calmly and in line with DofE requirements.

Open Expeditions are ideal if group numbers have changed, plans have shifted, or a place is needed at short notice. They are equally suitable for schools seeking flexible solutions or individuals completing their award independently.

From first enquiry to final sign off, delivery is organised, reassuring and well paced—removing unnecessary stress while maintaining high standards. This is not just a way to finish DofE; it’s Learning Outdoors, delivered with care, clarity and confidence.

We supply all essential group kit including tents, stoves, gas, maps and compasses. Participants will need to bring their own personal kit. A full kit list will be provided in advance to help with preparation.
