This five day residential at Calshot gives you the chance to take part in amazing adventures while learning the basics of leadership, teamwork, and how outdoor instructors work.

Climbing – Indoor & Real Rock – Start with indoor climbing at Calshot, then spend a day on the Jurassic Coast climbing real rock. It’s a brilliant way to develop confidence, trust, and personal challenge in a stunning natural setting.

Velodrome Track Cycling – Ride on one of the UK’s indoor velodromes and learn the key skills of track cycling. You’ll build speed, control, and stamina on a unique cycling experience.

Kayaking – Learn paddling skills and build confidence on the water in a safe, supportive environment.

Skiing or Snowboarding – Suitable for total beginners or those wanting to develop technique on our indoor slopes.

Instructor Insights – Meet experienced outdoor instructors who will share simple guidance on leadership, communication, and getting started in the outdoor industry.

This residential is fun, active, and a brilliant way to complete your Gold DofE.

Cost includes accommodation between Monday and Friday. Sunday accommodation subject to availability. Meals included in cost.
