This Gold DofE Residential is perfect for anyone keen to build confidence on the water, gain practical qualifications, and discover what a future in the outdoor industry might look like.

During the week, you will work towards your RYA Level 1 Sailing and RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualifications, both valuable stepping stones for anyone considering instructing, volunteering or working in watersports.

You’ll spend plenty of time on the Solent, learning boat handling, safety, navigation and essential seamanship skills.

Alongside this, you’ll meet experienced instructors who will share insights into coaching, career routes and life in the industry. With team challenges, coastal adventures and a friendly residential environment, it’s an exciting and rewarding way to complete your Gold DofE.
