You can join for 1 week or more.

Join a vibrant international team of volunteers to help the elephants, primates, bears, tigers & a variety of exotic and domestic mammals, birds and reptiles.

The aim of the ethical project is to either release the rescued animals or ensure that they spend the rest of their lives in a sanctuary as close to their natural environment as possible.

You will get involved in:

  • Preparing and distributing food and water for the animals
  • Cleaning the enclosures and grounds
  • Creating enrichments for the animals
  • Construction and maintenance of enclosures

This is a great social project to join as you will join a big team of volunteers. There are usually 15-30 volunteers on the Wildlife Rescue team (with a maximum of around 70 including the Elephant Care team).

You will stay in shared rooms and all your meals are provided.

You will be living in rural tropical Thailand, 3 hours south of Bangkok. Volunteers spend their days off at the beach, water parks, malls and exploring the national parks.
