This combined Endangered Species & Global Citizenship course takes you from the challenges facing some of the world’s most threatened animals to the bigger question of how you can make a positive impact.
You’ll discover why species become endangered, explore habitat loss and illegal wildlife trade, and learn how conservation projects are helping wildlife recover.
Then, broaden your view of the world by exploring global citizenship, cultural diversity, sustainability and how everyday choices can contribute to positive change.
Along the way, you’ll build research skills, environmental awareness, confidence and a greater understanding of the world around you.
Fully online and self-paced, clear weekly modules are released through your personal U:Bee Dashboard, so learning can fit around school and other commitments, with no live sessions or set lesson times.
The course is designed to be accessible, with additional needs support available to help participants learn in the way that works best for them.
On completion, you’ll receive a U:Bee Completion Certificate and personalised Assessor’s Report for your eDofE.
