Join Hampshire Outdoors for a five-day Wellness and Fitness Week at Stubbington Study Centre on the Hampshire coast. This Gold DofE residential offers a great opportunity to focus on fitness, healthy lifestyles and wellbeing while meeting new people.

Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy a varied programme including Pilates, yoga-inspired movement, circuit training, local walks, outdoor activities and team-building challenges. Sessions will focus on strength, mobility, posture, relaxation and positive physical and mental wellbeing.

You’ll also explore the coastal environment through guided walks and recovery dips at the beach.
