If you have not been able to find the answer to your enquiry on this website, if you wish to provide feedback on your DofE experience or if you wish to make a complaint about something connected with the DofE, please complete the following form. We will endeavor to give you an answer within 10 working days, but probably much sooner!
If you wish to enquire about getting involved in the DofE as a participant (aged 14-24); a Leader or other helper, as a supporter or if you are the parent of a potential or current participant, please contact your local DofE Operating Authority.
