Fats is as comfortable being serious as she is being silly and uses her platform to educate people on questions around disability and open conversations about the many shapes that human bodies and minds can take.
Fats has over 2.9M followers on her social channels and has appeared on Channel 4’s Celebrity Gogglebox, Stand Up To Cancer’s Don’t Look Down and BBC’s Laugh Lessons. She was also part of Channel 4’s Paris 2024 Paralympic reporting line-up.
Fats released her first book Main Character Energy: Ten Commandments For Living Life Fearlessly in 2023. Born with Achondroplasia, Fats entered a world which often doesn’t accept those who fall outside of its expectations. In her book, Fats shares how she came to face her challenges and love her body for all those who struggle with a fear of their own difference. Told through her empowering and often hilarious ten commandments, Fats shows us how to be the main character in our own lives and to revel in our ability to subvert expectations.
