Emergencies
Licensed Organisations and Approved Activity Providers have processes in place to manage the safety of their participants and communications with parents and guardians. They are best placed to deal with an incident in the first instance as they have access to the relevant information about participants, adults and the activity arrangements.
As a Leader, in the event that you have an emergency whilst undertaking DofE activities, you should always notify your Licensed Organisation. Remember that the safety and wellbeing of young people and adults are of paramount importance at all times.
Please also remember to notify the DofE in the event of any serious incident or accident that leads to or could have led to injury of a participant or staff. Please fill in the Incident Report form below and email it to info@DofE.org and your relevant DofE Region/Country office.
